I made this card for Color Challenge 95 on SCS. Yeah, it's a week or so late, but better late than never! The windows are made with a Marvy Uchida Mega square punch and some good old fashioned hand cutting on the Cool Carribean layer. I stamped color on color Cool Carribean with the French Flair background stamp. The sentiment is on a tag made with the Cuttlebug and the flower is colored with reinkers and a blender pen, then touched in the center with silver Stickles.
